My passion for teaching has led me to use novel interactive ways to make learning fun for students. I use gopollock.com or classtime.com to assess students' understanding with instant feedback. This ensures even shy students interact and give feedback. I strive to be inclusive and adapt to the varying needs of different students.

Florida International University awarded me the Rewarding Excellence in Teaching Incentives award 2022.  The RETI award recognizes faculty who are working to create learning-centered and inclusive classroom experiences. With almost 70 nominees, the selection process was competitive, consisting of blind reviews by 3 reviewers per application.
